Lead cross-functional delivery of BestEx Research’s trading technology roadmap, managing multi-team programs, dependencies, resources, milestones, risks, releases, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate product, quant research, engineering, data, infrastructure, DevOps, QA, and client-facing teams across the US, UK, and India. Own Agile processes and Jira/Confluence usage while supporting platform releases, infrastructure upgrades, and market expansion initiatives.

Entry-level analyst supporting algorithmic execution, market structure analysis, trading product testing, statistical evaluation, data visualization, product planning, and cross-functional communication. The role develops expertise across quantitative research, product management, and client coverage while working with trading, quant, engineering, and client teams on a global equities and futures platform.

Support the Founder/CEO with calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, event logistics, communications, expense processing, task tracking, special projects, and confidential administrative duties. Prioritize, follow up, and anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
