The Sales Development Executive is responsible for generating leads, onboarding clients, developing strategies for customer success, and transitioning clients to internal sales staff.

Partners with internal teams to support timely delivery, safety, customer service, and margin goals while adapting to changing priorities and market conditions.

Develops, enhances, and supports ServiceNow solutions, integrations, workflows, and AI-driven service management capabilities. Responsibilities include architectural contributions, process automation, REST and SOAP integrations, platform configuration, troubleshooting, production support, code reviews, mentoring, governance, and upgrade activities. The role collaborates with stakeholders to refine requirements and delivers secure, scalable, maintainable software features across ITSM, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and related ServiceNow modules.

Sell J.B. Hunt transportation solutions by prospecting, qualifying, proposing, and onboarding new clients. Develop account strategies, coordinate internal implementation, set customer success expectations, and transition accounts to account management.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for J.B. Hunt services in assigned transportation modes.
