Intern supports transportation brokerage operations under close supervision. Responsibilities include applying payments, auditing charges, processing balance dues and revenue adjustments, investigating billing documentation, monitoring payment status, reducing outstanding receivables, creating aging reports, resolving freight payment issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve billing processes.

This position entails developing relationships with prospective customers, selling transportation solutions, and coordinating account management. Responsibilities include lead generation, meeting customer needs, and managing implementation strategies.

The Customer Experience Representative ensures excellent customer service by managing freight orders, scheduling deliveries, and maintaining customer relationships.

Executes customer freight orders, schedules pickup and delivery appointments, monitors on-time and damage-free service, verifies billing, resolves load issues, and communicates status and capacity updates. Enters orders into the management system, documents accessorial charge and spot-rate approvals, supports operations teams, and builds customer relationships to maximize freight volume and satisfaction.

Negotiates carrier rates, builds and manages carrier relationships, covers freight, monitors shipments, tenders loads through Carrier360, verifies carrier and tracking authenticity, communicates service failures, and supports timely, safe transportation execution.
