Leads the design and engineering of AWS cloud-native application components. Develops prototypes, writes Python and JavaScript, evaluates AWS service alternatives, establishes architecture patterns, reviews code, coaches development teams, and documents standards. Requires large-scale application design experience, AWS development expertise, familiarity with databases, APIs, containers, CI/CD, Agile practices, and data protection policies. The role is remote with EST work hours and requires a bachelor’s degree.

Develops and maintains enterprise architecture strategies, roadmaps, standards, models, and governance processes. Collaborates with business and technology stakeholders and Solution Architects to design integrated solutions aligned with enterprise, SOA, and software engineering patterns. Leads architecture reviews, evaluates technical options, supports proof-of-concept efforts, and ensures solutions meet strategic objectives, security standards, and Medicaid enterprise requirements.

Supports enterprise system modernization planning by gathering requirements, analyzing business and technical processes, developing models, documenting current and target states, evaluating architectural impacts, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Collaborates with subject matter experts, technical teams, and enterprise architects across Medicaid-related organizations. Produces business requirements, process flows, use cases, user stories, and visual documentation while conducting quality assurance on deliverables.
