Lead and grow a regional sales organization for Advanced Solutions in Whittier, CA. Recruit, hire, train and develop sales teams and District Sales Managers, drive multi-location sales performance, monitor metrics (fleet utilization, territory coverage, new accounts, rates, receivables), support onsite rental/sales/service, set measurable goals, enforce safety and compliance, and travel frequently to manage jobsite and team activities.

Provide first-line IT support: respond to tickets, troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, AV and network issues; document solutions; onboard/offboard employees; escalate to Tier 2; and participate in on-call rotation.

Lead M&A deal execution from LOI through close: manage diligence, coordinate functional teams, build financial models, maintain data rooms, support transaction documents, coordinate closings, and initiate post-close integration planning while producing executive-ready deal updates.

Sell Forge & Build products and services to contractors, builders, developers and homeowners. Generate quotes, close sales, collect payments, manage POS processes, track KPIs, grow customer base, and maintain strong cross-functional communication and product knowledge while visiting job sites within an assigned territory.

Lead preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy), oversee financial statements and MD&A, ensure U.S. GAAP and SEC compliance, coordinate external audits and cross-functional stakeholders, drive process improvements, provide technical accounting guidance, and mentor accounting staff.
