Sells building materials and services to contractors, builders, developers, and homeowners within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting products, preparing quotes, closing sales, collecting payments, maintaining customer relationships, monitoring sales metrics, achieving quotas, and collaborating with store management. The role requires visiting job sites and customer businesses, staying informed about product lines, and driving growth and profitability.

Provides bilingual English/Spanish customer support for billing, payments, invoices, account configuration, disputes, credits, tax inquiries, and rental billing processes. Responds through phone, chat, and email; processes credit card and ACH payments; reconciles discrepancies; supports onboarding and electronic payment systems; and coordinates with Accounts Receivable, Collections, Rental Operations, tax, credit, branch, and sales teams to resolve customer issues.

Processes and records customer payments and accounts receivable transactions, maintains customer account files, researches discrepancies and overdue balances, and supports collections activities. The role also communicates account information and customer experience feedback across departments, retrieves documentation, and performs related administrative duties.

Lead M&A deal execution from LOI to close: manage diligence, project plans, data rooms, financial modeling/underwriting, transaction documents, closing coordination, and initiate post-close integration planning while producing executive-ready updates.

Build and maintain data pipelines and ETLs using SQL and Python, create and update dbt data models, translate business needs to technical specs, deploy and test changes, monitor and improve pipelines, and support cross-functional reporting and analytics.

Lead and mature IAM capabilities for SOX-relevant financial systems: design and enforce RBAC, least-privilege, SoD controls; manage provisioning, lifecycle, privileged access, and user access reviews; remediate access risks; support audit readiness and evidence; collaborate with system owners to embed IAM controls and drive automation and continuous improvement.

Coordinates communication and information flow across projects, including new market openings. Supports executive project managers, manages calendars and travel, tracks tasks in project management software, schedules check-ins, monitors market progress, updates systems of record, resolves inquiries, and supports strategies to improve market share and customer experience.

Coordinates post-merger integration efforts across multiple workstreams. Responsibilities include tracking project details, monitoring acquisition stages, scheduling and facilitating meetings, communicating action items, maintaining documentation, tracking milestones, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders throughout the integration lifecycle.
