Coordinates broad HR activities supporting seasonal and year-round employees, including recruiting, onboarding, orientation, training, HRIS data maintenance, records management, benefits and leave administration, compliance, employee recognition, workers’ compensation, safety programs, and manager support. The role also facilitates bilingual orientations, supports seasonal hiring, maintains UKG and Work Tango records, assists with HR projects, and serves as a welcoming first point of contact for employees and managers.
