Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients in the homebuilding industry. Serve as the primary client contact, assess renewals for underwriting compliance, coordinate account servicing and policy transactions, support retention efforts, and manage client correspondence. The role requires commercial insurance expertise, a Property and Casualty license, proficiency with Applied Systems and office productivity tools, and a hybrid schedule in Carrollton, Texas.

Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients by delivering tailored insurance solutions. Support producers, coordinate with underwriters and carriers, analyze risks, lead renewals and negotiations, review contracts, and maintain strong client and carrier relationships to drive retention and account growth.

Manage an assigned employee benefits book of business: ensure client satisfaction, coordinate deliverables, liaise with carriers/TPAs, analyze plans and claims, lead implementations, prepare reports, and mentor team members.

Support benefits account team with client reporting, carrier implementations and renewals, eligibility and invoicing, client materials, and local administrative duties to ensure smooth benefits program operations.

Support the Benefits Account Team by gathering and summarizing client reporting, assisting with carrier implementations and renewals, processing eligibility changes and invoicing, creating client materials, providing client training, and handling local office administrative duties.

Assist high-net-worth personal lines account managers with policy checks, invoicing, cancellations/reinstatements, endorsements, billing inquiries, and documentation in the EPIC system; learn HNW coverages, surplus lines, and claims processes while minimizing backlog.
