Leads enterprise total rewards strategy with emphasis on executive compensation, public company governance, board and Compensation Committee materials, equity programs, broad-based compensation, benefits, retirement, incentives, compliance, analytics, and team leadership. Partners with Finance, Legal, Accounting, HR, consultants, vendors, and senior executives to design competitive, compliant programs and support mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and workforce transformations.

Provides strategic employment and labor counsel to business leaders, manages litigation and administrative claims, oversees outside counsel and legal costs, supervises immigration matters and legal staff, negotiates employment agreements, conducts workplace investigations, and leads compliance projects, audits, policy updates, training, and reporting. Supports mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and new worksite development while advising executives on legal risks and regulatory changes.

Leads SEC reporting, technical accounting, consolidated financial statements, disclosures, accounting research, policy implementation, audit coordination, and SOX controls. Partners with executives, auditors, Legal, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and accounting teams to resolve complex accounting matters, improve reporting processes, enhance Oracle Cloud ERP outputs, and ensure compliant, audit-defensible reporting under U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.

Provide excellent customer service, help customers select eyewear and contacts, dispense products and train on lens care (as allowed), maintain records, handle phone inquiries, merchandize and maintain store appearance, support inventory control and loss prevention, and assist with other store duties.
