Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technology to elicit requirements, evaluate solutions, and drive delivery of BI and data initiatives. Model and map processes, write SQL, support integration mapping, manage ADO/Agile product ownership, create technical documentation, and use BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, MicroStrategy). Ensure data governance, metadata management, and payments domain alignment while managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

Manage and coordinate employee and contingent worker background screenings: communicate with candidates and vendors, review results, resolve discrepancies, escalate adverse findings, and coordinate with HR, Compliance, and legal to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant case resolution.

Perform IFRS lending accounting analysis and help automate processes: gather and document accounting/business requirements, assess IFRS vs US GAAP impacts, define accounting rules and functional specs, partner with Technology for design and UAT, and support project governance, management reporting, and standardized IFRS lending framework implementation.

Account for and report carried interest compensation plans, including mark-to-market revenue/expense, fund distributions, and payments. Perform monthly reconciliations, prepare investment and compensation reporting, maintain control and audit documentation, liaise with HR, legal, tax, fund administrators and other stakeholders, and support projects and ad hoc requests.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior professionals: manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, handle expense reporting, organize events, and maintain confidentiality. Use Microsoft Office and video-conferencing tools, support multiple stakeholders, anticipate needs, and adapt to shifting priorities under tight deadlines.

Perform and audit tax withholding and reporting for corporate clients and Shareworks, ensuring accurate 1099/1042-S and state/IRS filings. Update and validate participant data and Excel records, manage tax form testing and amendments, contribute to tax production planning, obtain approvals, and provide project updates while maintaining processes and documentation.

Lead end-to-end credit underwriting and risk assessment for mortgage originators, servicers, and specialty finance firms. Produce credit proposals, white papers, onboarding guides, and participate in credit committees. Serve as subject-matter expert on agency and commercial MBS products, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain sector knowledge to support informed credit decisions.
