The Developer Evangelist - Integrations empowers game developers by providing technical guidance on integrating Xsolla's products. This role includes leading workshops, developing resources, and supporting partners during integration challenges.

Lead the design of Xsolla's identity platform, develop Golang microservices for user management, and implement security protocols for compliance.

Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate, commercial, fintech, crypto, and securities matters. Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements; support M&A and regulatory compliance; advise on digital asset offerings and securities implications; monitor SEC/CFTC/FinCEN developments; develop policies and training; represent the company in legal proceedings and regulatory inquiries; and mentor junior legal team members.

Lead Xsolla's capital formation and investor relations from New York: source and close institutional, sovereign, and public-market capital; build IR capability and disclosure discipline; craft investor messaging; advise on capital structure and transactions; manage investor relationships, roadshows, and advisors; recruit and lead a capital markets/IR team while partnering across finance, legal, and founders.

Lead product delivery for new verticals, manage page auto-generation, define KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship products efficiently.

As Chief of Staff, coordinate strategic initiatives, advise the CEO, manage operations, and represent leadership in communications. Requires strong organizational and executive communication skills.

Run funnel audits and synthesize multiple datasets into exec-ready narratives. Recommend and help launch A/B tests, benchmark against genres and market data, partner with game analysts and ETL engineers to validate and maintain clean data, and provide actionable UA, monetization, and live-ops recommendations to customers.

Own and administer the NetSuite OneWorld environment, develop custom records, workflows, scripts, and integrations. Improve and document global financial processes, support multi-entity/multi-currency operations, maintain reporting and analytics, ensure data governance, and partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and IT to support monthly close, reporting, and user training.
