Responsible for providing accounting services to clients, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, managing relationships, and executing financial processes.

Lead and manage a remote team of client-facing accountants, ensure high-quality bookkeeping and client relationships, oversee onboarding, implement cloud technologies, hire/train/coaching staff, monitor performance and profitability, and maintain compliance and confidentiality.

Prospect and qualify SMB leads through high-volume phone, email, and social outreach; book qualified meetings and build a predictable sales pipeline. Develop the SDR playbook, optimize sales enablement workflows, maintain CRM data quality, track KPIs, create reporting dashboards, and support brand awareness. This fully remote role partners closely with sales leadership and Business Development teams.

Lead a small team delivering financial operations to a portfolio of small-business clients. Own client relationships and delivery, coach associates, resolve escalations, document repeatable processes, and iterate a new team model to improve operations and client retention.

Provide hands-on bookkeeping and accounting support for a portfolio of clients. Work with a Portfolio Manager to perform day-to-day bookkeeping, communicate with clients, ensure accuracy and timeliness, flag issues, and collaborate with teammates to deliver consistent remote accounting services.

Build and grow a regional market through consultative business development, referral partnerships, and relationship management with business owners and trusted advisors. Generate and steward a regional book of business while partnering with a centralized delivery team for client service and operations.
