Manage day-to-day accounting and cash flow forecasting. Maintain books in QuickBooks and produce monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Handle payables, purchase orders, invoicing, collections, and payroll entries. Reconcile banks, manage inventory accuracy in Ekos, ensure COGS correctness, file federal/state tax returns, ensure licensing compliance, review vendor/client agreements, update product costs/pricing quarterly, and perform annual and short-term forecasting.

Develop multicultural brand strategies (starting with U.S. Hispanics) by generating cultural insights, authoring and owning creative briefs, leveraging research, identifying conversation opportunities, and creating strategic frameworks to drive disruptive, consumer-first creative and business impact.

Full-time on-site accountant responsible for day-to-day accounting, cash flow forecasting, monthly financials, vendor and bank reconciliations, inventory management in Ekos, tax filings, and pricing/forecasting support. Works with purchasing, warehouses, and leadership to support operations and business decisions.

Coordinate influencer relationships and contracts, manage timelines and deliverables, maintain influencer database, liaise with internal teams and finance, and monitor trends to support campaign objectives.
