Leads Trek Travel’s technology team and enterprise technology strategy. Responsibilities include developing the technology roadmap, managing IT, ecommerce, and software development teams, overseeing ERP, CRM, booking, financial, and Microsoft Power Platform integrations, and establishing AI governance. The role owns reporting data, information security, compliance, vendor relationships, budget, incident response, disaster recovery, and company-wide technology initiatives. It requires a hands-on technology leader with broad experience across architecture, development, infrastructure, data, security, and business systems.
