Provides technical and application support throughout the pre-sales process. Partners with customers and sales teams to define requirements, conduct machine demonstrations and trials, analyze performance data, troubleshoot and optimize sorting equipment, prepare technical documentation, and support installations, commissioning, training, and performance validation. Collaborates with product, engineering, R&D, service, and global solutions teams to improve machine performance and deliver customer-specific solutions. Travel may be required nationally and internationally up to 50% of the time.
