Individual contributor responsible for territory sales growth focused on freight forwarding. Identify new business, manage key accounts, prepare RFQs/bids, price solutions, maintain CRM, meet revenue and volume targets, provide performance metrics, and travel frequently to support sales activities and implementations.

Coordinate US Customs entry documentation and data entry for imports, classify commercial invoices using HTS/US Tariff references, process entries via ABI/AMS, manage delivery orders and invoicing, audit brokerage files, handle customs rejections and customer inquiries, and maintain import compliance.

Perform intercompany reconciliations and dispute resolution across 30+ entities, manage intercompany recharges, analyze P&L expense and balance sheet accounts, produce reporting for finance and sales, liaise with stakeholders to support STP processes, automate reporting/processes, and perform other finance duties as assigned.

Lead identification, pursuit, and conversion of high-value project logistics opportunities (heavy lift, OOG, breakbulk) across energy, construction, mining and infrastructure. Develop strategic BD plans, respond to RFPs, craft multimodal turnkey solutions, collaborate with operations/engineering/pricing/compliance, manage CRM data, represent Toll at industry events, meet revenue targets, and travel frequently to clients and project sites.
