Create high-concept visual designs and brand systems across digital and print for TED initiatives. Execute identities, editorial artwork, event/environmental graphics, marketing assets, and own print production through vendor handoff. Present work, incorporate feedback, and collaborate across the Brand Creative team to scale designs across platforms and touchpoints.

Lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution to grow and diversify listeners for priority TED podcasts. Manage paid media budgets and organic social, optimize growth tools (cross-promos, PR, newsletters, web), translate performance data into actionable experiments, and coordinate across editorial, production, PR, analytics and external partners. Support portfolio launches, reporting, and stakeholder communications to deepen engagement and build long-term listener loyalty.
