The Payment Systems Specialist II manages ACH processing, reconciles general ledger accounts, resolves payment issues, and supports other departments. They ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards while identifying discrepancies and streamlining processes.

Lead enterprise strategy execution and transformation, build and run a Strategy & Transformation function and PMO, align investments to priorities, drive governance, prioritize and deliver strategic initiatives, provide internal consulting, and develop performance analytics and executive reporting.

Lead marketing measurement, analytics, and research to inform acquisition, engagement, retention, and ROI. Build attribution models, dashboards, and automated reports; analyze member and campaign performance; run market research and competitive intelligence; partner cross-functionally to ensure data quality and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations and strategic planning support.
