Provides hands-on HR support for warehouse associates across day and night shifts. Responsibilities include responding to HR inquiries, administering timecards, supporting onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate HRIS records, tracking attendance, preparing compliance documentation, coordinating training and engagement activities, and supporting workforce reporting. The role is onsite and requires occasional night or weekend coverage.

The Head of Performance (Growth) will lead revenue forecasting, marketing investments, and financial analysis to optimize growth strategies and drive performance across marketing channels.

Build and deploy production-grade ML models for real-time personalization, recommendations, search, and AI-powered shopping experiences. Own end-to-end pipelines, feature engineering, model deployment, live experiments, and cross-functional data-product specifications to improve conversion and engagement.

Build Quince’s greenfield, AI-native supply chain planning platform from architecture through production. Own forecasting and optimization model pipelines, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, operator tooling, integrations, and AI-augmented workflows. Partner with scientists, planners, business leaders, and distributed engineering teams to translate supply chain needs into scalable systems. Set technical direction, establish engineering standards, and recruit and develop a high-performing team.

Provide frontline HR support across day and night warehouse shifts: manage timecards, onboarding/offboarding, maintain HRIS records, coordinate scheduling and attendance, assist with audits/investigations, and support training, engagement, and recognition efforts for hourly associates.

Partner with corporate and warehouse leaders to develop HR strategy, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, succession planning, employee relations, compliance, and talent acquisition. Drive engagement, retention, and organizational design while supporting onboarding and coaching frontline managers in a shift-based, 24/7 warehouse environment.

Manage evening (PM) training operations: lead onboarding and trainer meetings, audit trainer delivery and SOP adherence, coach trainers, track new-hire progress and cross-training, maintain Google Sheets dashboards and reporting, identify training gaps, and support curriculum and change management to ensure consistent training quality and compliance.

Design, build, and own Quince's end-to-end ML platform (training, serving, feature pipelines, monitoring). Create developer-facing MLOps tooling, select core components, optimize GPU and cloud costs, ensure scalable, reliable production deployments, lead RCAs, and mentor engineering teams to raise platform and operational standards.
