Coordinate with Commercial Sales to onboard and retain strategic accounts, lead start-up and risk-repair plans, resolve client issues, monitor service metrics, conduct training and client visits (10-25% travel), and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.

Supervise frontline logistics staff and daily operations to meet turnaround times. Hire, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate employees. Manage inventory, safety, SOPs, budgets, payroll, vendor invoices, continuous improvement projects, and cross-functional initiatives.

Lead product adoption by developing strategies, training, and collateral to drive customer and internal user adoption. Manage implementations, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, deliver multimodal learning, analyze adoption metrics, and provide feedback to influence product design and improve outcomes.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex IT programs across multiple projects. Define vision, scope, roadmaps, budgets, and governance; manage risks, dependencies, finances, and executive stakeholders; drive change management and continuous improvement in a matrixed environment to achieve business and digital objectives.

Lead and execute financial, operational, and compliance audits; develop annual audit plan; manage investigations (including FCPA); drive process improvements using analytics/RPA; oversee a team of 2-3, mentor staff, and coordinate remediation with management and Legal.

Supports lean supply management in laboratory settings by moving and replenishing materials to point of use, performing cycle counts and physical inventories, maintaining Kanban and visual management tools, and participating in continuous improvement to ensure material availability.
