Prepare and consolidate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports (sell-in and sell-out); validate data and maintain reporting integrity. Manage day-to-day office operations, workplace experience, and events while supporting People & Culture processes including interview coordination, onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, HR records (UKG), payroll/benefits support, and employee engagement initiatives. Serve as primary office contact, partner with vendors and building management, and improve processes to ensure a welcoming, compliant, and efficient workplace.
