Serve as the business-facing NetSuite Order Management expert to analyze and optimize multi-channel order-to-delivery processes, gather and document functional requirements, lead functional testing, validate integrations, train stakeholders, and support day-to-day order management operations across ecommerce, EDI, and direct sales channels.

Partner with Creative, CRM, Ecommerce, and agencies; track SEO performance and reporting to inform optimizations.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and Chairman, managing complex global calendars, travel and expenses, board meetings, confidential communications, executive materials, and cross-functional coordination while representing executives professionally.

Support the Director to manage BUXOM's North America and international commercial marketing. Own retailer and digital commerce execution, manage launch calendars, coordinate cross-functional projects, analyze performance, prepare executive materials, and identify opportunities to improve brand performance and operational efficiency.

Manage finished goods and component supply planning transactions using NetSuite and SlimStock, maintain inventory accuracy and Item Master attributes, reconcile reporting with finance, support supplier relationships, and execute ad-hoc planning projects to ensure on-time deliveries across brands and channels.

Manage SKU-level forecasting, inventory planning, and stock flow for Amazon and DTC across three beauty brands. Create monthly forecasts and orders, track KPIs (sell-through, in-stock, forecast accuracy), plan for peak events, manage TikTok Shop inventory, and collaborate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Account teams to minimize out-of-stocks and optimize product availability and margin.
