Lead full-lifecycle automation projects delivering PLC, HMI/SCADA, and DCS systems. Design control architectures, program PLCs, develop HMIs/SCADA, manage FAT/SAT and commissioning, create documentation, drive system integration, enforce standards, and serve as client-facing technical lead ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Provide hands-on commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and validation of Siemens PLC/HMI automation systems in regulated manufacturing. Support C&Q activities, MQTT and edge device integration, packaged skid integration, vendor collaboration, and create audit-ready documentation for Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Coordinate procurement and material readiness for capital projects, manage purchase orders, track vendor deliveries and lead times, maintain ERP records, collaborate with engineering and warehouse teams, monitor milestones, expedite shipments, and support project setup and closeout.
