Leads commercial portfolio management teams covering C&I and CRE portfolios, oversees Cash Flow and SBA reporting, and ensures accurate underwriting, annual reviews, modifications, and first-line risk reporting. Creates architecture and data flow diagrams, supports ETL and data conversion activities, participates in SDLC and disaster recovery planning, and mentors junior analysts.

Manages commercial real estate banking relationships, develops new business, grows portfolios, structures and presents loans, analyzes financial performance and credit risk, coordinates renewals and closings, ensures compliant servicing, and cross-sells treasury and other commercial banking solutions. Builds referral networks, participates in community events, maintains client and prospect calling schedules, and partners with credit and portfolio management teams to deliver strong client experiences and achieve sales goals.

Support and administer loan origination systems, ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance, respond to customer inquiries, manage system releases and testing, lead acquisitions and bank-wide projects, develop training and documentation, and back up department management.

Develop, test, and maintain core banking applications on the I-series/AS400 using RPGLE, SQL RPG and CLLE. Integrate with Fiserv Signature and Communicator, produce design/architecture diagrams in Visio, follow SDLC/PMO and change management, provide Tier 1/2 support, write documentation, and assist/mentor junior developers.

Lead SBA-focused business development to originate SBA 7a, 504 and USDA loans, grow deposits, manage a business banking portfolio, perform credit analysis and loan packaging, prospect actively, partner with branch and treasury teams, ensure compliance, and mentor branch/partner SBA needs while meeting regional sales goals.

Leads Treasury governance, risk and control assessments, audit and regulatory examination support, policy alignment, documentation standards, reporting, controls testing, and issue remediation. Supports investment, borrowing, derivative, collateral, and BOLI operations, including reconciliations and settlements. Partners with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Accounting, vendors, and executive committees to improve Treasury controls, regulatory readiness, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

Partner with business units to align HR strategy with business objectives. Provide HR policy guidance, manage complex employee relations and investigations, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, support performance management, workforce planning, succession, training needs, and analyze HR metrics to develop solutions. Serve as coach and mentor and represent the company at hearings and external cases.

Lead and own enterprise infrastructure architecture and operations, including Active Directory, virtualization, storage, cloud, telephony and contact center platforms. Mentor and direct teams, coordinate projects, implement upgrades, ensure security and compliance, manage vendors, create documentation, and provide tier-3 support and disaster recovery planning.

Perform accounts payable and general accounting tasks including processing checks/ACH, updating invoices in Workday, applying and adjusting purchase orders, posting and reconciling accounts, researching posting errors, assisting with SOX requests, compiling closing and reporting information, and providing customer service.
