The Controller leads accounting operations for a multi-location retail organization, overseeing financial close, general ledger, inventory accounting, cash management, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, tax compliance, audits, reporting, and internal controls. The role partners with leadership and store operations, manages and develops accounting staff, supports budgeting and capital projects, maintains financial accuracy, and ensures compliance with accounting policies and regulations. Periodic travel to company locations is required.

Supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across retail, distribution, inventory, warehouse, and supply chain functions. Analyzes business processes, troubleshoots application issues, gathers requirements, supports enhancements and implementations, conducts testing and UAT, and develops documentation and training materials. Partners with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, stores, and distribution centers to improve operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, fulfillment, and user adoption. Periodic travel to company locations may be required.
