Oversee accounting operations, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, tax compliance, internal controls, and ERP systems. Lead and develop the accounting team while providing executive leadership with financial insights and supporting strategic decisions. Ensure adherence to GAAP, regulatory requirements, and company policies, while improving accounting and payroll processes.
