Build and own end-to-end features for a high-scale restaurant platform. Architect and scale systems, orchestrate AI agents, collaborate cross-functionally, travel to client sites, and support global teams while driving product-focused engineering outcomes.

Own and scale a product vertical for Tarro's restaurant-focused ecosystem. Define strategy, ship features with engineering and design, use data and customer insights, incorporate AI, and drive measurable business outcomes while engaging directly with restaurant owners.

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end data science pipelines and predictive models. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to run experiments, implement MLops best practices (CI/CD, versioning, monitoring), and deliver scalable solutions (including LLM/RAG workflows) that improve restaurant operations and business outcomes.

Build and scale core data infrastructure and foundational datasets. Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for analytics, ML, experimentation, and product use cases. Implement data quality, audits, alerting, and anomaly detection. Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders and help establish long-term, scalable data architecture and tooling.

Provide hardware deployment, onboarding, and technical support for restaurant clients: configure and ship equipment, troubleshoot networking and telephony issues (remote and onsite), resolve outages, document cases, and escalate when needed. Support frontline onboarding for pizza and Chinese American restaurants and build working knowledge of Tarro's hardware and backend systems.
