Leads TD Securities’ first-line AI Governance function, overseeing AI use-case intake, risk assessment, approvals, monitoring, issue remediation, controls, and lifecycle oversight. Partners with Front Office, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, Cybersecurity, Audit, and enterprise AI stakeholders. Develops governance frameworks, standards, taxonomies, metrics, and reporting while supporting regulatory reviews, audits, and responsible AI adoption across capital markets.

Partners with trading, technology, compliance, risk, and audit stakeholders across algorithmic trading and front-office platforms. Manages strategic governance initiatives, stakeholder dependencies, control effectiveness, risk reporting, and adoption of enhanced governance standards.

Provide financial planning and investment management advice to TD Wealth clients, onboard new clients, conduct annual reviews, meet sales goals, generate leads and referrals, ensure regulatory compliance (FINRA, AML/CIP), partner with retail and wealth teams, and mentor/coach colleagues while maintaining exceptional client service.

Provide financial planning guidance and sell investment management solutions to TD Wealth clients. Serve as primary client contact, onboard and review client goals, deliver annual reviews, meet sales targets, deepen client relationships, refer to internal partners, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor/coach retail partners and new advisors.

Manages large and complex commercial banking portfolios by acquiring, developing, and retaining business relationships. Structures customized lending, cash management, and financial solutions; evaluates credit risk; supports loan decisions; and drives deposits, fees, and loan growth. Serves as a trusted advisor, develops referral networks, leads business development strategies, manages strategic accounts, ensures regulatory and operational compliance, and mentors colleagues.

Leads and develops a KYC operations team responsible for client due diligence, regulatory compliance, risk-based reviews, audits, and operational quality. Provides subject matter expertise on KYC and AML requirements, manages performance and workflows, drives process improvements, oversees regulatory examinations, and partners with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Audit, and senior management. Ensures procedures, reporting, escalations, and team practices align with regulatory requirements and organizational risk standards.

Leads day-to-day lockbox production operations, supervising teams, managing workloads, service levels, quality, compliance, risk, and escalated issues. Recruits, coaches, and evaluates employees; analyzes performance and production gaps; ensures accurate processing and regulatory adherence; coordinates continuous improvement and change initiatives; and supports customer, partner, audit, and stakeholder needs.

Performs and leads moderately complex technology audits from planning through completion. Tests internal controls, documents walkthroughs and findings, manages stakeholder communications, evaluates risks, and presents audit opinions and recommendations. The role may provide subject matter expertise, conduct follow-up reviews, support audit initiatives, and coach colleagues. Technology audit experience involving access management, change management, data interfaces, and disaster recovery is preferred.
