The Associate in Capital Risk will oversee capital management activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, analyzing risks, and fostering a positive collaborative environment.

The VP Compliance oversees conflicts management, assesses conflicts of interest, develops management frameworks, and leads change initiatives in a global compliance environment.

Provide independent second-line oversight of credit card products and servicing to ensure regulatory compliance (Reg Z, UDAAP, FCRA, ECOA, SCRA, MLA). Perform risk assessments, monitor complaints and controls, advise business partners, manage regulatory change, track issue remediation, support testing validation, and lead cross-functional compliance initiatives.

Facilitate compliant trading and settlement of restricted securities by processing approvals, resolving settlement issues, performing DTC clearance, maintaining compliance files, reconciling cash, uploading files into FIST, and coordinating with trading, transfer agents, legal, auditors, vendors and technology. Cross-train across department areas, support small projects, and escalate high-risk items to mitigate operational risk.

Manage day-to-day compensation advisory for assigned capital markets portfolio: design and model incentive plans, forecast and monitor plan health, provide complex total rewards analyses, advise stakeholders on policy and compliance, lead year-end compensation activities, and support cross-functional compensation projects and governance reviews.
