Lead QA for web products and client-facing platforms: develop and execute test plans, perform cross-device/browser/layout/functional testing, identify and document defects (including analytics, security, and compliance issues), communicate with clients and teams, improve QA processes, and manage multiple projects in a fully remote environment.

Hands-on individual contributor responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting integrations across client and internal systems. Work with APIs, identity platforms, cloud environments, and networking to troubleshoot issues, document workflows, support implementations, improve automation, and collaborate with development and operations teams. May participate in production support and on-call rotations.
