The role requires engaging CFOs, treasurers, controllers, and accounts receivable leaders while coordinating internal stakeholders and supporting customer implementations.

Own and grow a product area within BILL’s FinSuite payments platform, from discovery through launch and iteration. Responsibilities include writing requirements, defining metrics, managing squad execution, maintaining roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional partners, identifying risks, and contributing to AI-enabled payment experiences. The role focuses on reliable money movement, payment workflows, operational efficiency, customer value, and commercial outcomes for SMBs.

Own the full sales cycle for acquiring new accounting and wealth management firms, from outbound prospecting through close. Sell BILL’s Spend and Expense products, conduct client demos, manage pipelines, maintain CRM and forecast accuracy, and meet quota and activity targets. Partner with Account Managers on co-selling and independently identify cross-sell opportunities. The role requires consultative selling, cold calling, discovery, negotiation, objection handling, and managing a high volume of opportunities.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of BILL’s Ledger Subscriber Ecosystem, including reconciliation tools, reports, dashboards, APIs, workflows, and financial data products. Drive adoption across Treasury, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Audit, and Payment Operations; establish outcome metrics; influence ledger architecture; and lead cross-functional execution. The role requires deep expertise in financial data flows, reconciliation, treasury, accounting, platform products, and fintech or payments systems.

Leads enterprise identity and data security strategy, governance, risk, compliance, and remediation. Oversees identity lifecycle management, IGA, SSO, MFA, privileged and non-human identities, customer authentication, data discovery, classification, DLP, retention, and secure disposal. Leads general ledger accounting for cash, corporate card spend, employee expenses, accruals, and prepaid expenses. Oversees month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, amortization schedules, audit documentation, and process improvements in NetSuite. Manages and coaches accounting team members while strengthening controls, resolving system and workflow issues, and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting.
