The Senior Compensation Analyst will develop and communicate compensation programs, provide pay advice, perform labor market analysis, evaluate compensation positions, and improve existing programs. They will work closely with the Senior Director of Total Rewards and international HR leaders, supporting various compensation and benefits initiatives.
