Serve as the on-site Traba liaison to client leadership, managing worker onboarding, scheduling, performance support, incident resolution, shift execution, PPE distribution, and identifying account growth opportunities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Join the founding engineering team to build Traba’s product on top of AI agents. Apply frontier models and agents across worker and business apps, implement React Native and React/TypeScript front-ends, build Node.js/PostgreSQL APIs, architect real-time matching and automated vetting systems, and partner with design to ship polished UIs.

Serve as the primary on-site Traba representative at a client facility, managing worker onboarding, scheduling, performance support, and day-to-day operations. Build relationships with supervisors and workers, handle incident escalation, coordinate communication with internal teams, distribute PPE, and identify account growth opportunities to ensure staffing coverage and positive worker experience.

Lead design and implementation of Traba's agent platform: orchestration runtime, eval and observability stacks, integrations to customer systems (WMS/TMS/ERP), model strategy, retrieval/memory, and production agent deployments. Spend time with customers, build evaluation pipelines and regression suites, hire and mentor engineers, and set multi-year roadmap with CTO and product teams.

As a Customer On-Site, you will manage relationships between Traba's workforce and clients, oversee onboarding, handle worker support, and ensure operational effectiveness within a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

Build and ship core backend and platform systems that integrate AI agents and frontier models to automate staffing workflows. Own architecture, real-time matching, autonomous vetting pipelines, and backend performance, reliability, and scalability. Partner with leadership to set technical standards and iterate the roadmap across full-stack and infrastructure priorities.
