As a Customer On-Site, you will manage relationships between Traba's workforce and clients, oversee onboarding, handle worker support, and ensure operational effectiveness within a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

Full‑stack product engineer building React Native mobile apps, React/TypeScript web apps, and Node.js/PostgreSQL APIs. Own product decisions, architect core systems (real‑time matching, ML/AI pipelines), implement CI/CD with Docker and GitHub Actions, add analytics/monitoring, and collaborate with designers and ops on a founding team.

Lead product strategy and execution for Traba's staffing marketplace. Balance supply and demand, write product requirements, partner with engineering/design/data/operations, build systems for matching, liquidity, fulfillment and internal tooling, use data and AI to inform decisions, and launch and iterate products across customers and regions.

Own and evolve Traba's staffing marketplace product across supply and demand sides. Define product strategy, write requirements, collaborate with engineering, design, data, and operations. Build systems to improve matching, liquidity, fulfillment, and operational efficiency. Use data and on-site customer insights to iterate enterprise-grade solutions and internal tooling that scale across regions and customers.

Lead design and delivery of Traba's agent platform: orchestration runtime, eval and observability infrastructure, integrations to WMS/TMS/ERP, retrieval/memory and model strategy. Deploy and iterate agents in production, run field deployments with customers, build evaluation/data tooling, and hire/mentor engineers while partnering on multi-year roadmap.

Lead architecture and build core backend services and platform components, including real-time job matching, autonomous worker vetting pipelines, CI/CD orchestration, monitoring and performance optimization. Partner with CTO on product and infrastructure decisions, ship scalable APIs and distributed systems, and contribute across a small founding engineering team.

Embed with customers to design and ship production AI agents on frontier LLMs. Build agent orchestration, tool integrations, retrieval, and APIs; create evaluation datasets, rubrics, and graders; integrate with WMS/TMS/ERP systems; codify repeatable deployment patterns; and contribute to product direction, hiring, and engineering culture as a founding team member.

Lead full-stack product engineering across web and mobile, architect scalable distributed systems and APIs, implement real-time job matching and ML-powered vetting pipelines, mentor engineers, collaborate with product/design, and build monitoring and best practices for performance and reliability.
