Coordinate high-volume interviews and manage recruiting calendars, candidate communications, interviewer and hiring manager experiences, and recruiting systems in Ashby. Own strategy and operations for the Solutions Engineering organization, including capacity planning, coverage models, hiring and ramp planning, compensation, metrics, reporting, and operating cadences. Partner with executives and cross-functional GTM teams to solve complex problems, drive strategic initiatives, improve enablement, and optimize technical sales motions. Use SQL, spreadsheets, BI tools, and GTM systems to generate insights and improve revenue execution.

Lead the vision, strategy, and end-to-end development of Zip’s Contract Orchestration product. Build AI capabilities for contract analysis, redlining, generation, routing, metadata extraction, and quality evaluation. Partner with customers, engineering, design, legal, procurement, finance, and suppliers to improve contract workflows, cycle times, visibility, and compliance. Own product quality, lifecycle strategy, user research, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.

Software Engineer Interns will design and build reliable web products, scalable frontend applications, and APIs. They will write maintainable code, collaborate with product and customer-facing teams, understand requirements, and ship features used by Zip customers. The role includes mentorship, exposure to complex technical challenges, and work across frameworks, architecture patterns, and programming languages. Internships are full-time and hybrid at Zip’s San Francisco headquarters during Summer 2027.
