Supports fundraising operations by maintaining Salesforce donor records, processing gifts, preparing acknowledgments and tax receipts, conducting prospect research, and creating donor briefings and reports. Coordinates development tasks, events, communications, and cross-functional projects while improving processes and documentation. The role requires careful data management, organization, clear communication, discretion, collaboration, and interest in Echoing Green’s mission. Prior fundraising experience is not required.

Manage a portfolio of foundation, family foundation, and corporate funders through cultivation, stewardship, renewals, proposals, and reporting. Coordinate with Programs, Finance, Communications, Development, and leadership to create accurate funder materials and meet deadlines. Maintain Salesforce records, proposal and communications calendars, and tracking systems; conduct prospect research and portfolio analysis; identify risks and opportunities; and support events and special projects. The role requires strong relationship management, writing, project coordination, judgment, discretion, prioritization, and equity-minded collaboration.
