Senior contributor on the Americas buy-side index sales team responsible for growing FTSE Russell index usage across clients' investment products. Lead strategic account plans, manage key relationships, develop sales pipeline for ETFs, mutual funds, direct indexing and retirement products, coordinate cross-functionally (Product, Legal, Research, Marketing), negotiate licensing/commercial deals, resolve contractual issues, deliver market insights, and travel frequently to engage clients.

The role develops test strategies, integrates automation into CI/CD pipelines, validates APIs and backend data, manages defects, supports releases, and promotes Quality Engineering practices across Agile teams. It requires collaboration with globally distributed stakeholders and involvement in continuous improvement, test management, process audits, and adoption of modern testing tools.

Manage and grow a defined global book of business for large strategic clients. Build trusted-advisor relationships, develop strategic account plans, retain and expand revenue, close commercial deals, collaborate with internal teams, and drive customer engagement and account administration.

Lead and implement observability strategy for Real‑Time Collections, perform hands‑on low‑latency C++ work, embed observability practices across SDLC, define SLIs/SLOs and dashboards, establish GitOps/API-driven observability workflows, and influence platform architecture and reliability.
