Lead and run complex creative projects end-to-end: owner of client operations, contracts, proposals and stakeholder relationships; create detailed project plans, manage week-to-week tasks, budgets, invoices and team resources; collaborate with strategists and designers to deliver digital/brand/service design work from discovery through launch, and continuously improve delivery and client experience.

Design and deliver branded physical environments across retail, exhibitions, events, and corporate spaces. Lead concept development through detailed design, fabrication coordination, and on-site installation. Create construction-ready documentation, specify furniture and materials, integrate digital elements, manage vendors and budgets, and present concepts to clients while overseeing multiple projects and occasional international travel for build and installation phases.
