Lead North America Category Center of Excellence to define a 3–5 year category vision, shopper-led growth strategies, and a standardized category toolkit. Drive ONE Category Management operating model, partner cross-functionally to connect insights to commercial activation, run customer-facing SLIC engagements, and enable field teams with scalable tools for brick-and-mortar and omnichannel execution.

Partner with the Turnaround Office and FP&A to develop, validate, and track business cases and transformation value. Translate initiatives into measurable financial outcomes, monitor performance versus plan, identify gaps, perform root-cause analysis, support mitigation actions, and provide reporting and strategic insight to senior leadership. Drive alignment between value tracking and broader financial processes and contribute to long-term strategic planning and continuous improvement of tools and ways of working.

Lead the development and execution of the NA digital transformation and data strategy, enhancing capabilities in AI and digital technologies across the business.

Manage inbound/outbound warehouse and yard operations at the Mattoon manufacturing site. Lead and develop 20-25 associates, ensure safety, quality, on-time shipments, and system adherence (SAP/JDA/WMS). Maintain staffing and contingency plans, drive continuous improvement and root-cause corrective actions, support traceability and compliance (ISO, GMP, food safety), and help manage forklift fleet and performance targets.
