The FSQA Manager oversees food safety and quality assurance at the Kapua Orchards facility, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, managing inspections, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. This role also collaborates with management to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

Serve as an HR generalist/business partner supporting a business unit: advise on employee relations, implement HR programs (compensation, benefits, leave, performance, training), maintain HRIS and records, ensure compliance with laws and CBA provisions, coordinate HR operations and events, analyze workforce data, support payroll/vendor coordination, and travel to company locations as needed.

Lead capital projects and engineering for CPG and agricultural processing facilities, managing contractors, utilities, packaging/processing line optimization, compliance with food safety and regulatory standards, budgeting, and continuous improvement to improve throughput, OEE, and reliability.

Provide friendly customer service and order entry support: answer phone/email inquiries, process orders and invoices (including EDI), post batches in Great Plains, maintain physical and electronic files, perform clerical tasks, and assist Sales, Accounting, Warehouse and other departments as needed.
