The Case Manager will assist in managing social services for community members, providing case management, client interviews, and follow-ups while ensuring client needs are met.

The Administrative Assistant supports the Learn and Earn Program by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and assisting with program materials and outreach. Responsibilities include drafting documents, maintaining participant files, and fostering youth engagement. Lead daily operations of the Ravenswood Older Adult Center, supervise staff and volunteers, ensure DFTA compliance and reporting, develop programs, manage budgets and resources, conduct community outreach, and monitor participation and contract performance goals.
