Lead and oversee procurement, materials management, sourcing, expediting, receiving, warehousing, and inventory control for newbuild ship programs. Ensure on‑time, on‑budget procurement compliant with contracts, regulations, and quality standards. Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, finance, and project teams; manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and develop supply chain personnel and strategy to support vessel construction and delivery.
