Build and train teams on automated test frameworks, manage test environments and repos, create automated scripts, and implement CI/CD pipelines. Coordinate with command departments and external agencies to synchronize Cyber capabilities.

Lead technical planning, implementation, and administration of MACC-TTE networks for a DoD cyber range. Design and configure routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, VLANs on bare-metal and virtualized systems, develop policies/procedures, and manage specialized DoD nodes (e.g., JIOR). Provide enterprise network engineering and strategic roadmap recommendations.
