Serve as primary liaison between production and IT for MES; implement, configure, and support MES/ERP/RPA systems; analyze and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes; perform live-system customizations and validations; lead local IT projects, training, and change management while ensuring regulatory compliance (GMP, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 11).
