Develop bin-picking, part-localization, inspection, and measurement routines; integrate vision with PLCs and industrial robots; calibrate scanners and lighting; resolve production downtime; improve reliability and cycle time; and support installation, launch, documentation, and production engineering teams.

Program, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial robots on the shop floor. Perform TCP setup, path programming, position adjustments, fault recovery, offline programming and simulation. Collaborate with controls and mechanical teams during builds and runoffs and ensure safety compliance around automated equipment.

Support and maintain KUKA robotic welding cells in high-volume manufacturing: troubleshoot robots and automation systems, modify and optimize KUKA programs, perform TCP verification and path corrections, repair electrical/mechanical/pneumatic issues, support PLC integration, and minimize downtime while following safety and documentation procedures.

Develop, offline-program, debug, and commission PLC, HMI, robot, vision, and motion systems for a custom final assembly cell. Support on-site installation, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical/controls issues, document progress, and collaborate with engineering teams to achieve customer acceptance.
