The VP of Finance will lead eJam's finance and accounting, manage budgets and forecasts, and oversee financial reporting while collaborating with other executives and managing a team.

Lead post-purchase lifecycle strategy for DTC/subscription brands across email and SMS. Build automated flows, retention systems, winback campaigns, cohort dashboards, and run A/B tests to increase LTV and reduce churn while partnering with Growth, CX, and Creative.

The Head of Growth will manage performance marketing campaigns, build creator relationships, and drive retail activation directly. Success is measured by immediate campaign optimizations and revenue targets.
