Build and validate computational models of combustion, heat transfer, fluid flows, and fire/explosion scenarios using commercial CFD and FEA tools. Perform pre/post-processing, analyze results, document modeling approaches, run validation experiments, write technical reports, and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders. Advise on test methods, equipment, and staffing; partner with stakeholders to digitalize and automate testing, apply Lean principles, and develop competency criteria and training materials.

Lead and manage an engineering team in wiring device testing and certification. Allocate resources, drive process and performance improvements, ensure compliance and quality, engage customers and sales with technical guidance, coach and develop staff, support project handlers and test programs, and collaborate across functions to meet financial and operational goals.

Sell UL testing, inspection, and certification services to consumer tech manufacturers across assigned territories. Build and manage pipeline, qualify new logos, drive sales from discovery through close, collaborate with technical teams, support renewals, and transition implementations to fulfillment. Provide account planning input and pursue specialty product/service opportunities.

Lead and develop a high-performing SDR team to generate pipeline for Risk & Compliance software. Own outbound/inbound prospecting strategy, hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, metrics analysis, CRM hygiene, forecasting, and alignment with Sales and Marketing to convert leads into opportunities.

Support product testing and certification by planning investigations, coordinating and reviewing lab tests, examining samples for UL compliance, managing client communications and timelines, preparing reports, and resolving engineering issues. May act as project handler, develop test methods/equipment, and travel to client sites as needed.

Lead execution of global product marketing programs, managing projects and campaigns across digital, paid media, email, content, events, SEO, and ABM. Track and optimize campaign performance, maintain marketing automation and CRM workflows, gather insights from Power BI, and collaborate with product, sales, and business teams to drive demand, enable sales, and shape product messaging.
