Support execution of regional marketing plans by gathering market and customer insights, coordinating go-to-market and demand-generation activities across channels, managing campaign budgets and performance tracking, enabling sales and channel engagement, and providing project coordination to ensure timely, KPI-aligned regional program delivery.

The Data Scientist will analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, collaborate with stakeholders, and present insights for business decisions.

Perform product testing, evaluation, and certification activities for HVAC and consumer/industrial products. Define project scope, coordinate lab technicians, communicate with clients, prepare reports, develop test methods/equipment, and support continuous improvement and UL requirements.

Coordinate sample-based compliance projects through submission, testing, review, and closure. Track and document samples and project records, communicate with clients and internal teams, resolve nonconformances with Engineering and Laboratory partners, and support process improvements and reporting. Manage assigned workload with supervision while developing product-category knowledge and ensuring timely project movement and accurate project records.

Manage product certification and compliance for IT equipment from scoping through completion. Define test programs, evaluate samples, coordinate lab activities and technicians, communicate with clients, prepare reports and follow-up procedures, and support continuous improvement and industry representation.

Perform safety and non-safety certification inspections and audits at manufacturers' sites, evaluate test results against UL requirements, verify calibration of measuring equipment, document findings, recommend corrective actions, communicate with clients and authorities, and support continuous improvement. Travel locally within the Austin area with occasional regional travel for training or additional support.
