Advises KM officers, develops governance policies, taxonomies, metadata standards, and content lifecycle practices, and leads knowledge capture, lessons learned, assessments, training, and process improvement. Provides strategic guidance on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot, enterprise search, and custom applications while ensuring compliance with security, records management, and command standards. Executes business intelligence and process analysis for an Enterprise Knowledge Management program supporting a U.S. Combatant Command. Maps workflows, identifies information exchange requirements and operational gaps, develops process documentation and user procedures, builds Power BI dashboards, measures process improvement and user adoption, and delivers actionable recommendations through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis. The role operates across unclassified and classified networks and supports continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Agile practices.

Supports DoD logistics program operations through account management, order fulfillment, inventory control, cost and work-order tracking, shipping coordination, and logistics analysis.
