Manage in-market and international sales for the 'Auana show: meet revenue targets, develop and maintain partner relationships, onboard and audit partners, execute promotions and training, prepare performance reports, and coordinate cross-functional promotional materials. Support ticketing, inventory, and partner operations with light travel and flexible hours.

Support global partnerships team by managing assigned sponsorship accounts, coordinating activations, hospitality, events, budgets, ticketing, briefs, and cross-team collaboration to ensure partner visibility and campaign success.

Manage day-to-day relationships with global and national partner accounts, deliver partnership activation campaigns, oversee contractual, budgetary and logistical elements, coordinate cross-functional execution (marketing, digital, events), manage timelines and vendors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of sponsor visibility and activations.

Lead day-to-day show operations and call performances; manage and mentor the Stage Management team; coordinate with Artistic, Technical, and General Management on rehearsals, training, safety, contingency plans, staffing, documentation, payroll, royalties, and archival recordings; enforce policies and support artist integration, evaluations, and PR/marketing activities.

Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy for Blue Man Group. Manage advertising, PR, media planning/production, experiential marketing, promotions, social media content, partnerships, agencies, vendors, budgets, and on-site media coordination. Monitor campaign effectiveness, set metrics, and act as company spokesperson when needed.
