Lead commercial growth for an early-stage intrusion detection company: generate and close leads across commercial/residential markets, build partnerships, own sales pipeline, shape operations and strategy, set up scalable systems, hire/coordinate technicians, and drive client retention and recurring revenue.

Generate and qualify new residential and commercial leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Educate prospects on integrated smart home and office solutions, maintain CRM records, collaborate with sales to hand off qualified opportunities, and help refine outreach strategies.

Serve as primary client liaison to provide product/service information, resolve issues accurately and efficiently, build relationships, and promote upsells and service renewals. Deliver empathetic, prompt, technically strong customer support to create long-term satisfied customers.
